"-the bed was too soft and seemed to incline towards the head -the pillows were too soft and compressed way too much -the room was a smoking room and stank even with airing it through open patio door. -breakfast was a disappointment with dried out sausage, over cooked eggs and over cooked bacon -coffee was poor"

"Room 112 could use some work.Grout between tiles in shower show a lot of black mildew. Rooms smells musty, why don't you have cleaning lady spray Febreze, to get rid of mildewy/musty smell."
